i'm working this weekend, so it's a good opportunity for everyone to come along and spend the next week telling me how awesome it was and how i missed so many cool bikes etc..

Yeah, about time you got on with doing some work done now that the sun has popped out again, the way the weather has been lately this dry stuff we got today might not last...
Last week i bought some paint & prep stuff in anticipation for doing the gutters at home, but shouldn't have bothered as the rest of the long weekend from the end of the raturday
ride was a total washout.

I'm up for riding anywhere tomorrow, be it another riverloop, a Cootha torture circuit or a Gateway to Wynnum loop/Sandgate. It's forecast to be a cold morning at only 9 deg so
wear something warm. I ordered a jacket & knee warmers from Wiggle during the week, but they aren't likely to arrive before next Saturday, so i hope that the temps don't drop
too much.

Oh Munga, if you haven't sold it already, i'd love to see that Alan sometime, it looks like a very sweet ride.

anyone care to comment on their attendance tomorrow?
i hear that there are some gold coasters interested in coming up, but rain and small numbers might dampen their enthusiasm.

Weather looks ok, but i‘m committed elsewhere

New jacket & knee warmers arrived wednesday night, so i'll be giving it a rip if the roads are dry(ish) by 6.30.

As luck would have it i saw the metaphorical light and (barely) managed to "attend"

And it it was a stunner this morning - ethereal fog, then filtering sunlight. Really very nice.
Only downer was a lot of broken glass near the University colleges, which resulted in a lot of flat tyres.
Not us though, as luck would have it.
