There is a guy in the local veterans athletics club here who is 84 i think. he still competes in fun runs and up to half marathon distance. much over 15 kms he starts to walk though, and triathlons. He is a legend. Skinny as a rake but he can just keep going and going.

100km a day! That's darn impressive, I wish I could manage that. Good on him :D.
