A very humid ride this morning but only time for a quick spin, due to having to jump in the truck shortly. :(

Well after hammering myself in the morning and then doing track work in the afternoon, my legs were useless this morning! :(

A very good roll up this morning for the ride. 8) Fatigue levels are not good at the moment. :(

The temps are coming up along with the humidity and makes for uncomfortable riding. Nothing flash done this morning as I have the Bribie Tri in the morning and I don't want to disappoint the kids.

Another Bribie Tri TT completed. :) Man that humidity this morning was off the chart but I went better than expected, considering how fatigued I have been over the last 5-6wks. :( Average for the course was 35.6kmh, so pretty happy with that.

Much better temp and humidity levels for a spin this morning.

Nearly didn't go out, as my sciatic nerve decided to pinch and give me a wobbly leg. :( I said stuff it and went out anyway. :)

Made it home for a Friday ride. :) Nothing to dramatic, seeing as I have my return to Track racing on Sunday, after a 30+yr absence.

A good hit out to Beachmere this morning with the gang. :)

We now have a new coffee shop to stop at on the Island, it's called Evolution and the coffee is very yummy.

No excuse to not ride today, just because it's Christmas. You gotta make room for all those carbs later on.

Gave the fixie another workout but hell, that wind hurt with 81" gear on. :(

I'm trying to build strength in them and when you don't have big hills around, this works good.

A Beachmere ride this morning and a nice group of eight of up set off. Temp was and the wind slowly building as we went along. :(

My legs not real flash and I'm guessing it's because of me being very tied and on the fatigued side, after another big year at work.

Boy this wind is not letting up. :( I pity anyone that wants to ride with deep dish rims, standard 30mm rims are bad enough.

Last ride for the year and of course this southerly is still howling. :(

Hopefully my sciatica problem will disappear soon as it restricts me with how hard I can push.

2016 has started off the right way. :) Still 40kmh+ wind but my sciatic nerve let me ride, so that was good. :D
