Top morning for a ride, so we set off to Beachmere. All was good till I broke a spoke in the rear, powering off at the round about. :( Guess who won't be buying any more DT Swiss wheels.

I did a solo loop out in your turf this morning myself Foo. And yes, there was a little bit of nip in the air, I doubled up on jerseys with a merino one under the long sleeve on top and had my own layer of flab keeping me toasty once I got the blood flowing.

A rather cool morning this morning and I sprung Paddles sneakin around my neck of the woods. :) I was a little surprised that my legs had a little life in them, after yesterdays Track racing.

Yep, a bit nipply this morning Foo. Doubled up on the jersies again and just pedalled harder. You busted Dougie and myself just after we'd turned in off Bribie Road and we were heading back home to Beachmere. Home by 0730 for a hot shower, coffee and eggs benny on the deck, the ladies treated me for fathers day. Were you heading over for a ride with the surf club crew, that wouldn't have done your legs any favours.

Yeah mate, to the Surf Club meet up for our Sunday ride. You should join us one day although this one was a bit quicker than normal.
