Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone knows of any groups that ride regularly and are made up of younger riders? (ie late teens/early 20s). Any and all suggestions are welcome
ps I do ride with the Brisbane Boys College group but i doubt anyone has heard of them ha ha

Why only younger riders?
You'll learn more about cycling and bunch riding skills from some old salts who've been riding since before your parents thought of you than a bunch of youngsters armed only with garmins/Strava accounts and more often then not power meters.

Don't get me wrong, I regularly ride with groups of older guys. While I enjoy riding with them, we dont have many things in common outside of cycling. I am much more intersted in the social aspect rather then "just riding for strava times" as you say.

My slightly educated guess would be that some of the Brisbane Cycle racing clubs have an active under-19 group.
You should look at their websites.
Perhaps the first place to look would be UQCC. http://uqcycle.com/riding-racing/
Although racing is a focus here you don't have to race. (as far as I can see).
