In terms of cycling and pedestrian access it looks at least it will have an impact upon the final stages of the Riverloop... especially with the closure of Riverside Drive and the potential of redeveloping the northern portion of Montague Rd into a more 'High Street" destination. Plus side being... more cafes at the end of the loop
Reclamation of the river is a positive step IMO, but exactly how it's handled is to be determined.
