What are some of the better group rides for someone who rides around 24km/h when some decent climbs are involved and 27km/h on a flatter route? PArticurly around the inner west side(Indooroopilly, St Lucia, Sherwood)

For Chelmer, I'd recommend the Graceville shop rides, there's something like 2 or 3 groups every morning for all levels of fitness

For something around Milton, try Epic Cycles - http://epiccycles.com.au/shop-rides/
For something in Petrie Terrace try Lifecycle - http://lifecycle.net.au/pages/organised ... shop-rides
There's also Cams Cycling in West End or Active Cycles in Milton, but they have abit of an emphasis on indoor training.

Refer to the Lifecycle Calendar here;

They do a number of rides during the week at varying paces. 27km/h would suit the Wombles group.

Thanks for the reply! I think I will be joining the Graceville Shop rides and the lifecycle beginner rides.

I ride with Lifecycle, great bunch with mixed fitness and abilities within the bunch.
Usually do the Tuesday evening Cootha laps and Saturday morning rides.
