Anyone from the south side, keen to go for a ride like.. anywhere really, up for anything from 20-100km. Pace of about 25kph, nice and leisurely.

i live in eight mile plains area. Might be awhile before i ride to gold coast and back that's like 140km round trip from where i am to main beach and back.

How does one ride from Brisbane to the Gold Coast without going on the Pacific Motorway? Is it possible to do it without getting squished?

Hi Max this should help.
Look up pacific motorway V1 bikeway.

The main ride I do is from the GC up to Beenleigh. Its a really good road up next to the M1 on the service road. Good bike lanes all the way.

Hi mate

I live at Sunnybank and would be interested in a casual ride once in a while.

Ride a homebuilt recumbent mostly, though can use something else if more suitable. Think 25 average is oka may be able to do more just don,t use speedo.
