Does anyone know of any bike maintenance courses in Brisbane

I am reasonably fit, but do not have a clue about maintaining my bike. Really cannot afford to keep taking the bike to a mechanic for things that seem like basic maintenance. Does anyone know of any courses in Brisbane that I can take. Like how to set your brakes, index gears, and then move onto things like changing cranks etc? Thanks ahead of time.

And Cycling Brisbane (BCC). I think it's the same course though. It's run by Roadie Rob. Top guy.
