Quality wheelbuilder for a 36" - anyone recommend?

Can anyone recommend a good quality wheelbuilder in Adelaide for a 36" wheel? My geared hub for my 36" uni has just arrived and am super keen to try it out.

The geared hubs have a bit of a reputation for breaking spokes, so I'm looking for someone passionate about their builds. (I'll be taking it on a multi day ride and really don't want to break any spokes out in the middle of nowhere.)

It's easier than you might think. Having said that, it's all very theoretical at this stage, I haven't actually tried it yet
