HI
I"ll be in Adelaide very briefly next week for a conference. Prob got an hour or so spare Tue arvo so just wondering if there are any bike shops in the CBD that stock Specialized S-works/2D helmets? All the shops here in Cbr have very limited stock 09 left and the 2010 models are still a while away.
Thanks

JT Cycles on Pultney St stocks Specialised gear and Bicycle Express has a huge range in general. You should give them a call and see what they have.

I was in JT on Pulteney yesterday and they had most Specialized helmets. Bicycle Express mainly had $550(!) Giro's, Bells and Met's, and Adura's.
Don't expect amazing service in JT though. I was in there for a good 15 minutes trying on helmets and no one said a word to me. I left without being spoken to.
I then went back to work and ordered the Met helmet I was trying on at JT from Wiggle for $140 CHEAPER!

Which won't have an Australian Standards sticker so it's technically illegal to wear....

Meh.
If I get pulled over by police and they check the Aust. Standards sticker on my helmet, I will throw it out.
I will also put reflectors, brakes and a bell on my bikes.
