Corner of Morphett & Hindley, city. Adelaide City Council truck with extension crane VYE 107. Driver gabbing away on mobile phone (no, not 2 way radio). Clearly such a breach of regulations cannot be condoned by ACC.

Re: New hobby - report them!!ACC has a clear cut policy about phone use in vehicles, ie :under no circumstance are staff to use Mobiles whilst driving.I've had to sign off on this policy in a team meeting after reading through the policy as part of a toolbox initiative.
