His time trial bike actually weighs closer to 7.3kg rather than the UCI minimum of 6.8kg thanks to the heavier disc wheels. It's no ligher than other time trial bikes.

Yes, sorry, my mistake. In any case, as others have stated, it can't be any lighter than the UCI minimum of 6.8kg, that is, the same as all the other bikes in the peleton.

If it's not in race spec it could be, but yeah, if it's the actual bike he rode in the TDF (and the spec he rode it), it won't be lighter than 6.8kg.
