Mt Lofty descent

Hey
Has anyone done the guided tour thing where you get taken up to the top of Mt Lofty and then get to ride down via the Cleland wildlife park? Got a sister coming over in November and was wondering whether it would be a good day out for her. She's knocking on 60 and has probably not been on a bike for at least the last 45 years. Is this outing a suitable idea or am I just being mean?

Have been passed by them when walking down the chambers gully track.

The group was mised, but as it is off road and has loose rocks, I'd suggest that it's probably not for your sister, unless she was a good rider. They then also ride back into town (downhill mostly) via Greenhill Rd and by the racecourse.

Personally, I'd say no, but give them a ring and see what they say, and most of all, ask your sister. I am guessing you'd rather not visit her in hospital whilst in Adelaide ...
