Another question, can anyone here recommend a good nutritionist in Adelaide? Prefer in the city or just north.

Want to make some changes to the diet and need some help and suggestions! Not really looking for a sports type person as my cycling is not at that stage yet. Just someone with good, normal ideas about food.

Would be good if they were cheap as well

I can't name one specifically but you might want to consider looking for a dietician rather than a nutritionist. The terms are used interchangeably, but in Australia the title of dietician is regulated so that only those with certain qualifications can use it. However anybody can call themselves a nutritionist whether they've had proper training or not. Mind you there ARE accredited nutritionists, but you do need to check that they didn't get their title in a cereal box.

I was going to suggest Wakefield Sports Clinic but you said you're not after a sport dietician specifically. Other than that I got nothin' :)

Your GP should be able to refer you to reputable qualified person. Don't go near those charlatan natropath types, they are the weeties licence crackpots.
