Hi All,
My wife and I recently moved here from Perth, and would like to get fit again and that means getting some km in the legs!
We're a bit wary of cars and prefer to ride on purpose built cycle ways, I've seen the paths along the M1 and along the southern expressway, the paths are perfect ... except that we're a bit unfit and the HILLS in Adelaide are a shock after such flat cycling in Perth!
So are there any paths similar to those cycle ways - but on less challenging terrain?
Thanks in Advance.

Linear park bike track:
From mouth of torrens into the city and beyond... Only negative is the pedestrians...
Victor Harbour to Goolwa veloway:
Bit out of the way but flat and scenic... Nice drive/ride over the holidays...
Semaphore to outer Harbour...
There's a bike track off the road that many recreational cyclists use...

i have stayed in adelaide a couple of times recently at adelaide shores at west beach and have cycled out to outer harbour and back , on the return trip up military road keep an eye out for the steel lids ( sewer or what ever they are ) in the cycle lane as i almost come off a while back when i hit one .
