Mt. Lofty Uphill

Is it possible to ride up to Mt. Lofty Summit using the trail from Waterfall Gully Road > Winter Track > Long Ridge Track?

Nope. Not as far as I know. Only one group is allowed to do some riding in the area as they have permits, but other than that, no riding allowed.

I've done that ride. Escape Goat is the company, and they do Lofty descents only. It was alright.

yes you can. Only the red parts are not allowed to be ride-able. Your stated route is MTB allowed.
