Rides around Victor Harbor

Hi all, I'll be staying in Victor Harbor from 14th to 19th September. Just wondering if anybody could recommend a few rides in the area? A mix of road and pathways would be ideal, and I'm hoping to clock up at least one 100km ride while there, so a round trip or loop would be ideal. I'm fairly familiar with the areas roads, but not so much the bike paths.
All suggestions will be looked at. Thanks in advance, Eugene

Heading back to Victor for Xmas, then over to Kangaroo Island for a week.
Anybody have a suggested ride they'd like to share?

Thanks for that PA. The ride to Goolwa looks a good one. The other two links weren't working properly for me, but I'm happy to do some exploring. I know there are some killer hills around the area that'll give me a real workout.
Have you ridden on Kangaroo Island? I'll be camping on the north west side of the island.

Only been to Kangaroo Island once and not with a bike so can't comment.

Sorry, I saw that thread originally, and never got round to replying. But I think there's a pretty decent off road cycle path, certainly at the Goolwa/Middleton end.

As for NW Kangaroo Island, it's mainly (if not entirely) dirt roads, so you'd want a sturdy bike, but I'm sure it can be done. I might have seen a cyclist or two when I've been holidaying out that way, but I'm not sure. There isn't a lot of traffic, but I imagine passing cars could throw up a lot of dust, or even pebbles.

Had some great rides around the Victor area, on paths and road. Found some great back roads with looong hills. And the Encounter Bikepath along the coast offers spectacular views and access to beaches.
Kangaroo Island was tough. All dirt with corrugation, dust, rocks etc. No punctures, and slow going on my 25mm tyres, but still lots of fun.
I did cop some damage to my alloy rims from when the bike was on the carrier on the back of the car. Rocks from the dirt road were flung up and caused some heavy pitting, so something to bear in mind for next time I drive off road.
