Vandalised Bikes in Civic

Hi peoples
I would have hoped young guys on big night out would have slowed down on the act of buckling rims and bending handlebars/seat stays/forks given all the CCTV cameras in civic these days. But it hasn't. You walk around civic during the working week and inevitably on monday you'll see a few bikes bent beyond repair, sadly still locked to bike racks in and around the City Walk/Garema Pl area.
Have any of you forum folks ever had a bike messed with like that?
