Is Uriarra Road closed from the T-junction of Uriarra Road and Stromlo Forest Park entrance? Saw a Road Closed sign across the anti-clockwise bound this morning.
Also, some repaving is happening on Northbourne Avenue to the roundabout of Antill St and Northboune Avenue.

Was it perhaps closed from the weekend flooding and no one has removed the sign yet?
