Saturday is Uriarra, and Sunday will probably go with the medium group of Pedal Power.

Monday suits me well too. It will give Rob some day to recover as well. :)

How's it Rob?

Monday I have a morning game. If you wanted to go after lunch I'd do it, but that doesn't seem very practical. I feel pretty good ATM, so we could do Friday as well if you feel up to it

sorry to butt in. How fast do you guys ride?

Just trying to get more riding in, riding alone can be boring.

Yesterday I averaged 26.5 km/h for 125k's solo, and I bonked about 10 k's into the return journey and before that I was just under 28km/h. Don't let it put you off though, group riding has the potential for higher speeds, but also lower speeds so you can make it a little more social.

I was just thinking through it, probably won't be finished playing till about 12.30 or 1, then lunch after that. I could drive to the lake and meet you there at say 2? Or if that's too late, feel free to go without me. Don't want to put you guys out cause I'm being difficult :P

After discussing with Rob today on the ride, I think I will go out to Lake George on Monday morning instead.

Can always do another lake george with more people later on.

I am thinking of a 9:30 start, meaning to leave town when it's a big warmer.

Anyone like to tag along?

Travel on Old Federal Highway to make a stopping at Lake George lookout, then turn back via the new Federal highway.

How about the netball centre carpark a bit further up? Mate from work might drive so prob easier for him to park there.

Hi all,
How fast does the medium group go?

I remember joining in some pedal power rides 2 yrs ago, when they were running the "training for 100km" series. At that time there was the "fast group" and the "not fast" group.

Tempted to join you guys Monday ... had a misadventure on Friday (ended up doing 95km - 60km more than I intended to), did the Mulligans flat loop today, and it seems like regardless of distance, I still averaged 26.5km/h for both rides. Sufferred on all climbs tho. I dont remember suffering so much on the Fed Hwy climb out of Canberra.

Gotta see how the legs feel later today.

25-26km/h should be our pace. Give us a yell if you are coming along tomorrow! Would be a nice recovery ride for you.

PP's medium group travels a little bit slower.

Pedal Power still runs the training for 100km series right at the moment too. Sunday morning from memory.
