Arrr yes i remember that one from last year. Don't really ride that section so can easily avoid itvinvin wrote:Okay, I got swooped on (first time this year). Basically the corner of Melrose and Hindmarsh, the bike path that cuts the corner through the trees, heading from Hindmarsh around to the left en route to the city. Same spot as last year, golly. I think I heard a few snaps but it didn't make contact.

Swoops were:
1: Launceston St Lyons just past the shops
2: Glenloch Interchange just after leaving the lake path, after the tunnels and heading towards Cook
3: Just over the top of the bike path (Bindubi st) as you start going between housing in Cook
4: Along Dryandra St Lyneham
5: Along Menindee Drive down (AT) the Lake, east basin, the road section between the bike path and the hospice.

I was on the climb out of Uriarra towards stromlo and got tag teamed bu two of them. It was towards the end of the loop and I didn't even bother speeding up. I figured a beak in the eyeball would hut less than my legs and lungs at the time anyway

That bird is soo agressive I had to get off my bike and walk through, and every time I looked away to see where I was going, he made an attempt.
