(Before posting I checked with a moderator - Christopher - that it was ok. He's given me permission!)
Apologies for crashing this forum with a not-strictly bike-related topic, but I just wanted to get the word out about our new(-ish) cafe in Gungahlin (Gungahlin Place, off Hibberson St). It's called Early Doors Cafe, and is owned by myself and my husband (Torben). We've already had a few cycling groups drop-in, but would love to see more. We have a nice communal table inside, plus outdoor seating, with wide pavements and plenty of room outside for bikes. No banana bread, I'm afraid, but we do a mean 'Breaky' muffin (dates, muesli & bran) and a really nice toasted walnut and raisin bread.
Also, If you do drop-in, we'd love to get your feedback on what cyclists look for in a good coffee spot - other than good coffee, of course
