Cyclist down at Woden roundabout, ~0710

From the shared path I saw a bunch of cars around what looked to be a downed cyclists in the Adelaide/Yamba/Melrose roundabout. Anyone know anything about it? Hope the cyclist is OK...

Does it look like they had been using the roundabout? Not a good idea if so.
