Even during the morning peak hour, the car and bicycle are out in front, as the bus passenger (like future tram passengers) first has to make it to Gungahlin town centre.
From start to finish it was a huge victory for the bike, which was miles ahead of the competition. 
Parking really cost the car but it still won out over the bus and phantom tram.
Though both tram and bus passengers were delayed by their initial travel time to Gungahlin Town Centre, having right of way gave the tram a real boost over the bus.
The tram isn't really designed for Crace. It's primarily for Franklin, Harrison and Gungahlin. The western suburbs of Amaroo, Forde, Bonner, Jacka and Ngunnawal would also use it primarily.
If you are in Crace and wanting to go into the city, you are best off walking 15 minutes over to Kaleen/Giralang and getting the bus from there. That would make it quicker than driving (but not as quick as the bus). It's what I do regularly although I usually cycle the 5 minutes over and either lock my bike in the bushland near the Giralang bushland or put my bike on the bus
