Churchlands to the City

Late notice but I want to ride into the Mundi Biddi office Thursday avro. I am coming in from Churchlands via the bike path along the Mitchell Freeway. My question is what are the best options for exiting the freeway and getting to the western end of Hay Street (Mountain Designs)/QV1 area.

Ideas?

come off the bike path at the corner of Fitzgerald and Aberdeen, go along Aberdeen, right at Shenton, left at James, right at Milligan, cross Roe and over the pedestrian bridge, up Milligan, left at Murray, right at King to Hay, I think Mountain Designs is not far on the left
