Works on Causeway underpass

There is some works on the underpass of the Causeway (they are doing some digging by hand). Bit of a hassle in that you have to get off your bike and walk the underpass.

Seems to be only occuring in the morning, they aren't there when I ride back in the evening. The workmen couldn't tell me how long it was going to take.

it may be to fix up the drainage problem. Last monday during the rains the drains backed up and it was hub deep. So much for my booties keeping my feet dry
