Needed to order several items, so ordered the following items:
CellBikes Eastern States - Shimano shoes
Wiggle UK - two tires and 10 tubes
Both orders where placed within 10 minutes of each other, around 10pm on 14/9/2010.
CellBike confirmation recieved 15/9/2010 2:00pm
Wiggle confirmation recieved 15/9/2010 10:00pm
Both confirmations indicated that the orders had been shipped.
Today (22/10/2010), recieved the Wiggle UK order. So for me, Wiggle order from the UK beat the Australian placed order. Go figure.
The Wiggle also was shipping free (ie $0), the CellBike order had a $18.00 shipping fee (sucks that Perth we don't get free shipping with CellBike, I think we are the only capital city that doesn't).

What you should do is send a copy of your post to Cell Bikes and give them a chance to reply, and maybe to Wiggle and you might even get a better deal on your next order.
I don't think the delay would be Cell bike but the SSLLOOWWW rate Australia post works

CellBikes order came in today (23-9-2010), so only 24 hours behind the UK order.
This may not be Australia Post being the issue, as CellBikes uses a courier service.
I'm a happy camper, with new tyres (though got to get the wheel trued before I can use), and new shoes.
