Does anyone know the route from Claisebrook to Osborne Park

Yep ...follow the bike path that takes you into the Perth Railway Station and then up the Mitchell Freeway. You can exit at Powis Street, Glendalough Station, anywhere pretty much up to King Edward Street when the track heads away from the freeway for awhile.
