I was so disappointed, didn't even get a drop of rain and to make it worse the damp roads made the bike dirty :(

Yep, first race for ages.
Rode there, raced D Grade (happy to not get dropped :-) ) and rode home. Started to get quite cold towards the end of the day but we had good weather.

Half hour ride about 11am, got home and I couldn't feel my fingers, toes or nose. This despite the sunshine & lack of wind, and an average speed around 30 km/h.
Riding and writing my way to health and happiness.

Freezing heading up to Kalamunda at 6.30 but what a brilliant ride and day.

Makes you feel great to be above ground.

Still waiting for these showers.

I got soaked this morning. I looked out, thought I could beat the showers and left my wet weather gear at home. Gear and shoes are now drying in the basement... 8)

My feet got damp thismorning but the rest was fine.
Almost stayed dry for the ride home also, except the last 2km's it caught me.
