Anyone else join Bikewire.net? I notice they have the ability to choose Perth as a home citiy. Seems like a decent Web 2.0 style community site for cycling for once.

Still pretty US centric but at least I can select Perth as a home city and choose metric measurements.

I think most people here are on bikejournal.

Then there is (shameless plug for own web site) BicycleWA. Our Members area is forced to metric measurements. We have no imperial measurements.

While we are still decorating after our recent server abduction, we at least have most of those functions. Our maps aren't running yet, but we are still developing things.

Whilst we are not a social networking site, we are mad about bikes, especially touring, but other genres of riders are welcome.
