Vic Park - Hazelmere route

hey guys

need to head out to a clients in hazelmere tomorrow morning from my place in vic park. its a route / direction that i've pretty much not ridden, and will be doing it in peak traffic times (7am or so). keen to ride instead of taking the ute, but need to know the best way to get there!

any thoughts on the best route(s) to take?
