It wouldn't be hard to make one. It's 4 pieces of pipe welded together then combined with some off-the-shelf bits.

I like the concept. It'd be a handy bike for scooting around the city, for people who live in apartments, etc. I'd like to try one.

It's a swing bike mashed with a fixster.
