Kwinana fwy tri bikes using aero pos around corners

Hi, last night I was riding nth on the bike path along fwy near roe hwy.
There is a hill (enormous for the unfit) at the bottom of the hill is a corner with minimal visibility for bike coming the other way. On approaching the corner there was a tri rider on my side of path down on bars hands no where near the brakes doing a considerable speed if I was a few seconds earlier we would have definitely had a collision. Please if you are using a tri bike don't go around corners on the bars, it will only cost a couple of seconds to slow down a little bit.
Also why does no one smile anymore when riding home, life's short chill out.
