Hi all,
I have recently gotten into cycling along the Kwinana freeway PSP, I notice when riding behind some cyclists, or especially when they are within their own groups of cyclists riding in each others slip stream they will signal to each other when to overtake or keep left.
Are they purely saying 'safe to go' and 'keep left' or do they actually signal something with their fingers too?
cheers
Hand singals when overtaking other cyclists/pedestrians ?

Howdy newblah, most people use signals which are the same as or similar to what SPR has on their website.
Nothing extra with the fingers, some use their whole hand and some point. Hope this helps.

No, they are merely pointing out obstacles to be avoided.
