You can try Canning Rd, you could try riding to Pickering Brook, you could ride to the city and back from Kalamunda (that's a good ride). There are lots of options. Look at http://www.bikely.com it allows you to plan out rides and gives you an elevation profile.

Kalamunda - Walliston- Carmel/Bickley-Pickering Bk- Barton Mills-Pickering Bk -Perth Observatory -Bickley Valley -Mundaring Weir Rd back to Kalamunda.
