Any bike restorers needing 28 x 1 3/8 (635mm bsd) steel rins, I just bought a few extra Japanese UKAI rims, $40 a pair, and Tyres in 28 x 1 3/8 for the above rims for $15 each.
For the older Westwood (see Sheldon Brown) Rim, 28 x 1 1/2, I can get new Tyres for about $15 each.
