Perth to Melbourne

HI all,
I am trying to organise a charity ride for our local foundation with goal to ride from Perth to Melbourne. I would love to connect with anyone who has done such a ride to look at all the preparation and route planning etc. We are a small group of riders who have done 6 and 7 day rides before such as Sydney to Melbourne and Adelaide to Melbourne so now want to tackle the big one. Our plan is to aim for around 200kms per day. Any thoughts and suggestions most welcome.
