Cyclists' Action Group. Anyone know of them?

Postby Thoglette » Wed Apr 11, 2018 3:36 pm

Bruce Robinson, President, Cyclists' Action Group, has been in the news a bit lately. A quick internet search indicates he's been their mouthpiece for a decade but I can't recall anything else.

In a submission to ICWA on CTP
Bruce Robinson wrote: The Cyclists’ Action Group has been advocating improvements in bicycle transport infrastructure and in the role of bicycle transport since 1979, and our membership comprising transport and recreational cyclists is estimated to be of the order of 400,000.
Anyone had any involvement with them?

I note that previously, membership was hard to obtain

Thanks. I was getting that impression. Even more exclusive than Scruby's Pedestrian Council.

Hmmm, ideas, ideas

It is interesting that the Over 55's also put in a submission. Where was BWA or WestCyle submissions?
