Cameras over Kwinana PSP?

Heading home last night I noticed 3 grey box cameras apparently pointed at the Kwinana PSP, facing South, between Mt Henry and a little way north of the Sea Scouts in Como. One zip-tied up a tree, the others on light posts. Didn't notice any others, hadn't noticed them before. Anyone know what these are about?
