Made the usual comments about providing signage indicating give way to cyclists where vehicles can turn left across the cycle lane and my pet peeve about WA Road Rule 122(4) seeming to make filter lanes to the left of left turning traffic (like proposed at Spring St and Mounts Bay Road) useless as, in my understanding, cyclists can't legally filter on the left of a car indicating a left turn (as the wording of this rule is different in WA than the rest of Australia).
