Hi folks - I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of cycle touring in the Grampians - We are planning a ride in March this year and we are really interested/keen to hear some suggested routes etc. The lonely planets Cycling in Australia has a suggested three day tour but i am drawn to the Victoria Valley road out of Halls Gap through to Dunkeld but it is unsealed for the majority of the journey but don't know if its suitable for a 700c x 32 touring bike tyre...
Any thoughts on Grampians touring would be welcomed!
Thanks in advance..
Johnno
