I am new to riding and I have got a single speed bike (malvern star 1 star) .
I am planning to ride the ballarat-skipton trail this weekend but found out it is mostly unsealed road, will my bike/tyre travel okay?
it will just be a leisure ride with a group of slow riders.
thanks

My wife and I did the trail earlier in the year. For the final section into Skipton, we were glad we were on MTBs. And it was dry!
The climbs are not like Colac to Beech Forest, but still a good workout. I would encourage you not to use your single speed on it.
