Mainroads WA has a few publications/online resources which maybe of interest to cycling tourists in Western Australia. In particular is the Mainroads publication, Distance Book: Distances to towns and localities in Western Australia which is now in its 13th edition and is available as a PDF document.
The Distance Book, now in its 13th edition provides information on distances to towns and localities in Western Australia. The distances are shown as coming from Perth. Other information in the Distance Book:
Straight line diagrams and route maps
Route numbering system
Distances to towns and localities from Perth in an alphabetical list
Distances in the Perth Metropolitan area
Distances between capital cities in Australia
Focal point markers, names and abbreviations
Quite a handy resource for planning bicycle tours in Western Australia.
There are a couple of other resources which maybe of interested. Details in my blog post.

I'm sure I saw it in the new arrivals the other day when I was returning some books.
I'll try to confirm this coming week and report back as it may save someone a few pennies to be able to borrow it to determine whether its what they want to help make a purchase decision.
I failed to spot you'd found it as a free download Andrew, till I reread your post.
I really must invest in those glasses the optometrist was waffling about.
I was guessing his Lexus payments were getting on top of him but maybe another look on my part...
