East Coast Backpacker Hostels

Has anyone here stayed at any of the backpackers hostels along the NSW coast?

I'm looking at a couple as options for my Melb-Bri tour coming up. What I'm particularly interested in is bike security at the hostels. I'm sure the hostels can provide info but its good to get feedback from cyclists that have used them.

Hey Banjo,

I haven't stayed at any on the that side of the country but as a member of YHA I have used the website numerous times to check out eastern states hostels for friends and book there accommodation. A YHA membership is great for the discounts and the fact it is able to be used overseas.
