Touring Tasmania, February or March

I'd like to find a small number of companions for a cycling tour of Tasmania
in February or March. A week or a bit more should be enough time.

I'm a middle-aged male, experienced cycle tourist (though not in Australia).
Not a fast cyclist, but I get there.

Open to route ... probably the East coast, but maybe you can convince me to
do the West coast.
