7am is a bit early for me on a public hol! Unless Im already on the Rd to Launnie! If so, you should consider riding with part of the way.

If we were to ride part way with you, ie 1:30 hours one way up the highway and return, we would not be suited for your pace to get to Launceston...200+kms, my mate puts the gas on and i would not like to jeopardize the pace for your epic ride.

i was up at 6:20am for a 8am, it was raining during the night, i got rained on up strickland ave when i was doing some hill work at about 7pm, it was forcast for"wet"..................so after standing out my back door looking at the sky, i decided to hit the gym and not ride.
so there i was in the gym and the weather cleared, not a drop of rain.
oh and i cant run due to my leg.
rant over

Hi Barry, my Sundays are often taken up with racing at the vets club. This Sunday is "Hell of the South" down at Cygnet. Anyone interested in more details of vets club events should google "STVCC" for the club site.BarryTas wrote:this will be my third attempt at this ride, other riders more than welcome...Rob, Cam, Master, will negotiate time to accommodate other riders ....i am trying to make this my regular sunday ride.
