I'll be in for the 117km epic but doubt I'll make the DOME ride this weekend... due to it being my 23rd b-day on Friday and me riding to Dodges on saturday arvo...

I'll let you know saturday night. I may be able to make it... won't be able to do the Sorell Creek Rd bit but the rest should be doable.... just have to remember to eat!

Anyone keen for a track session on Friday morning?

Day:16/4/2010
Time: 615am
Where: to: new Town Bike Track
How Far: Laps 1 on / 2 off.
Weather: 11km/h NNE Wind, Mild weather,
Options: If there is a few of us. 3 laps warm up at 20-25km/h cadence 80-90rpm. Pack travels at 25-30 km/h, cadence 85-100, 1 person goes off the front to rejoin at the back and continue should be going at 30-35km/h. Warm down is 18-20km/h cadence 80-90.

I guess, I dont know the route really out to New Norfolk. I don't really want to hill climb, getting back into training again after two weeks off.

Options: This is a TT practice ride. Starting in 30 seconds apart. Road is not closed. Record your own times. Good way to test new position or changes to setup not in a race situation.


Other riders from Tri South will be invited as well.
