I know that the channel loop including tinderbox, plus bike track to Bridgewater and return is 160Km ;)

Just do it BT, and make sure your computer is working. That way, you can tell US how far it is. Start with 2 bidons, food in the pocket, cash for more food, more cash for train fare home, and keep pedalling. All sounds easy to me.

ps Is this a mid week plan?

hmm dont know when i will tackel this as i am trying to refocus my riding/training for the Winter Challenge, Freycinet Challenge and some winter TTs. But i do love a loooong ride. I really should stop looking at map books.

mid week plan....i am stuck at my desk 8-4, 5 days per week.

will check my calendar and set a date.

I keep my long rides down to the Dome rides, my other rides are about working on speed for time trialing. With the ATB coming up later in the year a few of us are increasing our long rides but still working mainly on our speed and TT technique and getting an age standard time.
