FYI wed nights Salad Bowl rides are back on

Hello all

Just to spread the word the Wednesday 6pm (AT) the Salad Bowl Car par group rides are back on. They do a relaxed short commando

also there is 6pm group rides from the bike track Tues/Thurs, much harder ride though
when do we stop for coffee???
